  • Some trees can be cut from the ground, some need to be climbed —we do both. Climbing Pro specializes in rigging trees down safely if they are in a tight spot, avoiding property damage all together. No tree too big or small.

  • We are experts at cutting trees from the ground (felling). As much as we love climbing, it is not always necessary. If the tree can be cut from the ground, it will save time and money. When assessing a tree felling job, we are looking for variables such as the lean of the tree, structural integrity of the tree and the surrounding area / obstacles to avoid. Depending on these factors, we may use mechanical advantage to guide the fall in the right path. Although felling can seem like a simple solution, it is a skill that is best to be left to a professional.

  • Aesthetic pruning is a selective pruning process that brings out a tree's natural beauty and benefits the health of the tree. Climbing Pro does pruning jobs without spikes, leaving your trees healthy and free from scars. Aesthetic pruning is an artform and can be a great way to bring value to your property, enhancing the look and feel of the space. We recommend pruning dead, conflicting or damaged limbs as part of the selective pruning.

  • Modern climbing systems allow arborists to access trees without wearing climbing spurs. Climbing spurs spike into the tree and though they are necessary for removals, they can cause unnecessary damage to a tree that only needs pruning. Climbing Pro specializes in various methods of climbing, allowing for optimal tree access and work positioning. For your tree job, this translates to safety and efficiency.

  • Storm damaged trees can be a serious hazard for property owners and an eye sore at the very least. Sometimes the damage is big and obvious and other times there can be broken tree parts hiding in the canopy. After a storm, be sure to inspect your trees, checking for broken limbs in areas of your property where safety is a concern. If there is damage that seems to be a risk, please give us a call and we will come take a look.

  • Trees that are structurally compromised or precariously leaning could be a hazard. Pruning, bracing or full removal may be the answer, depending on the tree. Look for cracks, heavy leans and hanging limbs.

  • We use modern bracing materials to support trees that are under strain and susceptible to breaking. Bracing is a preventative measure similar to cabling. Unlike traditional cabling, modern bracing systems avoid drilling into the tree and avoid the tree from being choked by material.

  • Have brown-tail caterpillar nests removed from your trees during fall/winter months to protect your property. Look for nests at canopy tips after leaves fall and give us a call.
